CLASSES
6 Week Beginner Course - £135
12:00pm - 1:30pm
This course is designed specifically for the more inquisitive
person that hasn't touched upon pole or lap dancing before,
or who has had very little tuition.
Weeks 1 – 4 you will be taught a basic pole dance
routine incorporating sexy moves, groves, tricks and spins.
Week 5 you will be taught the art of lap dancing to take
home and show off.
Week 6 you will go over and perfect everything learnt
in weeks 1 – 5 and also be given an introduction
into the intermediate course.
Certificates will also be presented to all Poledogz graduates.
Each session will start with a warm up and end with a
warm down.
6 Week Intermediate Course - £135
1.30pm - 3:00pm
This course is designed for the individual that has had
tuition in pole and lap dance and is confident they are
capable of moving up a level and learn more challenging
tricks on the pole and perfect their lap dance.
Week 1 – 4 you will be taught an intermediate routine
incorporating sexy moves, groves, tricks and spins.
Week 5 you will be taught the art of lap dancing to take
home and show off.
Week 6 you will go over and perfect everything learnt
in weeks 1 – 5 and also be given an introduction into
the advanced course.
Certificates will also be presented to all Poledogz graduates.
Each session will start with a warm up and end with a
warm down.

Beginners taster session - £25.00
Want to enrol on the beginners course but are not sure
if its what your looking for? Drop in to one of our taster
sessions held on the first day of each 6 week beginners
course and see if the class is what your looking for.
If so, all you have to do is pay the balance on a full
6 week beginner course and continue with the rest of the
course.
Intermediate taster session - £25.00
Want to enrol on the intermediate course but are not sure
if its what your looking for? Drop in to one of our taster
sessions held on the first day of each 6 week intermediate
course and see if the class is what your looking for.
If so, all you have to do is pay the balance on a full
6 week intermediate course and continue with the rest
of the course.
Advanced taster session - £25.00

Beginner One to One Sessions - £75.00 per
hour
This session is designed for the individual that wishes
to learn the art of pole and lap dance quickly and consists
of one hour intensive training between the instructor
and student. This
session is highly recommendable as the instructor has
more time to concentrate on the individual needs of the
student. Each session will start with a warm up and end
with a warm down. These sessions are available on Saturdays,
please contact us for availability.
Intermediate one to one session - £75.00
per hour
This session is designed for the individual that has had

Hire the poles for an hour - £40.00 per
person per hour
Ever wanted a place to practice your skills but getting
a pole fitted at home just wont fit in with the décor?
Poledogz now hire the poles out so you can practice away
until your hearts content! This session does not include
an instructor. These sessions are available on Saturdays,
please contact us for availability.

booking date/ time. If your group numbers change, we are
unable to offer a refund.
